We had lunch (our dinner) at Bezu yesterday. We got there at 1:30 and
there were about a dozen tables with diners. It closes at 2:30.
My husband had salmon which he liked but it was overdone for his
taste. I suggested next time he request it medium rare. It was not
overcooked for me.
I had a rib eye steak and it was fabulous. Very charred on the outside
and rare in the center. My idea of a great steak.
The restaurant is so very pretty and at first glance I thought the
chairs were going to be a problem for me but they were very
comfortable.
Husband had a gray goose martini which was huge and I had a glass of
white wine also very generous.
Here's a write up I found on the restaurant. It's at Potomac Village
on the Giant side.

Bezu, French term for "Kiss" brings French-Asian fusion to Potomac
Maryland. Chef iedman takes a classical French technique of
cooking and infuses the food with flavors and ingredients from the
Pacific Rim. Upon arrival, relax in the restaurant's lounge and chic
onyx bar and choose from a signature martini or champagne cocktail.
Dennis' menu changes monthly depending on the availability of the
freshest ingredients. The restaurant also offers a multi-course
tasting menu at the chefs table. Bezu's casual opulence creates the
ideal atmosphere to indulge in a fine culinary journey.
